Kettner’s, Soho is inviting you for a night of World War 2 inspired revelry!
Get ready for a night to remember as Kettner’s transports you back in time where stylish routines and cabaret shenanigans could be heard from a far into the wee small hours.
The venue will be transformed to wartime London after dark, with a wartime inspired menu with a contemporary twit. After dinner slip on your dancing shoes and get into the ‘lights out’ spirit with swing dance classes, performances, cabaret, showgirls and live music. The whole place will be lit by oil lamps and search lights; just make sure you don’t stumble over a sand bag or get twisted in the Union Jack flags.
Grab your tipple served in a Tom Collins or a tin cup and dance the night away with live music from Oompah Brass quintet and clandestine performances by adorable close harmony trio The Hoochie Toots! If that wasn’t enough The Kings Cross Hot Club are guaranteed to get you Lindy-hopping the night away…plus London’s finest gramophone manipulators The Bees Knees will be playing on into the wee small hours.
Dressing up is not compulsory but it sure is fun! Grab your inspirations from the allied forces chap, GI visiting for one night only and munitions factory girl on a rare night off or the ladies of the women’s auxiliary corps.
