Music artists and sports brands seem to go hand in hand these days. From Rihanna’s Fenty collection with Puma, to Kanye’s Yeezy range with Adidas, it’s not a surprise other celebrities such as The Weeknd are teaming up with sports brands to make their own mark in the sports/streetwear industry.
The latest collaboration by The Weeknd is with Puma and it’s called PUMA x XO. As announced by Puma’s Global Ambassador and Creative Collaborator, the collection has been designed to reflect The Weeknds personal style with streetwear including bomber jackets, boots and kimonos finished with camo, suede and denim.
The collection itself will be released in three stages. The first will be the footwear – the Puma Parallel, which has been inspired by military and utilitarian gear.
The Weeknd’s PUMA x XO Parallel will be available on 24 August from Hanon, End and Offspring stores, priced at £155.
